• The box office is open Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6pm
• Cheques should be made payable to Cambridge City Council.
• The box office also accepts Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Switch.
• On the festival weekend, any remaining tickets will be sold at the door for each event.
• Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are not refundable unless a performance is cancelled.
• Disabled Access: Please check with the Box Office for each event.
• Children: under 2’s are free. Children must be accompanied by an adult who will also need to purchase a ticket.
• Concessions: concessions (student, senior, child, unwaged) are available for adult events only. See the programme for concession prices.
